These terms apply to anyone who uses atronmarketing.com, requests a free review, or buys services from Atron Marketing ("Atron", "we", "us"). By using the site or our services you agree to them.
The 15-minute ranking review is free and carries no obligation. It is an informational conversation based on public search results on the day of the review. It is not a guarantee of any future result.
The Website plan includes design and build of a website for your business, hosting, security updates, backups, a Google Business Profile setup, a monthly ranking report, and reasonable small edits. The Website + SEO plan adds monthly search optimization work as described on the site and a monthly call. Scope beyond what is listed is quoted separately.
Search engines control their own results. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, lead volume, or revenue outcome. Illustrations on our site, including the search demo and the revenue calculator, are examples driven by numbers you enter, not predictions.
Where we state that we work with one company per trade per area, that commitment applies to the trade and service area defined in your written plan confirmation, for as long as your plan is active.
By providing your mobile number on our site or on a call, you agree to receive text messages from Atron Marketing about scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and your service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or email samuel@atronagency.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Some calls are placed or answered by an automated assistant, and calls may be recorded. Ask us not to call again and we will honor it immediately.
You will not use our site or services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and you will not attempt to interfere with the site or access data that is not yours.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Atron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
The site and services are provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to that venue.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
